Delivery Information
Hot-cigs.com is sending tax-free cigarettes from our warehouse located in Europe by means of Air Mail. Packages are delivered to the recipients by United States Postal Service. The orders are shipped by registered mail with tracking numbers and signature upon delivery, but we can also ship by regular mail, in case it is inconvenient for our customers to receive orders by registered mail. However, shipping by registered mail minimizes the risk of order loss in transit, and other unpleasant issues. We believe that such method of delivery is the most secure, and advice our customers to prefer registered mail shipping to regular mail.
General delivery takes 7 – 14 business days.
All orders will be shipped out with either Air Mail, estimated arrival time 7 to 14 business days or 10 to 24 business days depending on the destination.
We deliver cigarette orders to the following U.S. states and territories: New York, California, Texas, Illinois, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Arizona, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Georgia, Montana, Indiana, Kansas, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina.
The cigarettes orders are shipped to the United States are packed by 1-3 cartons per package. Unfortunately, we can’t pack large orders in one box, as in this case they will not pass the customs. In addition, our postal service charges shipping fees by weight, so unfortunately, we don’t provide discounts for shipping in case of large orders, because the shipping rate is flat at $9.49 per carton.
